A study through the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Client Safety tested eight imported samples of 'Dubai chocolate', five through the UAE and 3 from Turkey. It located that all eight samples have been viewed as "faulty". Five in the items sampled contained fats aside from cocoa butter, which is not permitted in goods labelled "chocolate" in Germany
